On 07-20-2011 at approximately 9:56 P.M., unknown person(s) fatally shot both Keyshawna Y. Waits, and Grover D. Barefield on the 600 block of Adella Avenue Joliet, Illinois.

The Manhattan Police Department is seeking information regarding the shut-off of water supply to a well pump house.
At approximately 8:45 P.M., on Tuesday July 19th, 2011, persons or persons unknown shut-off the water supply to Well #6 pump house,
located at Route 52 (W. North Street), just south of Foxford Drive. This criminal act caused significant damage to the infrastructure
of the well and well house and has jeopardized the water supply in the Village of Manhattan. If anyone has any information pertaining
