On 03-23-16, the driver of the above vehicle exited his vehicle during an verbal altercation and sliced the victim across the face causing great bodily harm. The victim in this case required over 150 stitches to his face.

This department is seeking information on the driver of the above mentioned vehicle which was reported to be a late model dark blue or black Honda CRV.

The suspect and driver of the vehicle was reported to be a male white or hispanic subject with a approximate height of 5'09" and a stocky build having long dark hair in a pony tail. The approximate age of suspect is 25-35. We are also seeking the passenger of the above mentioned vehicle who is described as a female white in late 20's.

Subject is known to frequent the Lockport and Joliet area. Last known address is 122 Riverview Avenue Lockport, IL. Pinnick is a student at Louis University and has residence there as well. The Manhattan Police Department is seeking information regarding the shut-off of water supply to a well pump house.

At approximately 8:45 P.M., on Tuesday July 19th, 2011, persons or persons unknown shut-off the water supply to Well #6 pump house, located at Route 52 (W. North Street), just south of Foxford Drive. This criminal act caused significant damage to the infrastructure of the well and well house and has jeopardized the water supply in the Village of Manhattan. If anyone has any information pertaining
